Yesterday morning, technically speaking, was a tough one to start. My wife and I had been up later than usual the night before because we decided to watch the Reds beat up on the Yankees. They won 1-6. Also last night (6/24), the Reds beat the Yankees again in 11 innings 4-5. If the Reds can manage a sweep tonight, that would be an awesome thing. I’ll add on the news later in the post.
Remember, my plan is to post something every day. Each post will be scheduled to publish at the end of the day and will contain entries from throughout the day.
But what was I thinking I’d want to write about?
Little things through every day. Get 1% better every day as the CEO and board chairman of Fifth Third says to us. After 166.67 days, I should be a fifth third better. Does that math work out.
Two things I need to square away with the U.S. government: Student Loans and proof of citizenship. This is grownup stuff that will not be fun, but worth getting under control.
I tried to get stuff written today, but that got stalled because I got bogged down with getting my email cleared out and troubleshooting my son’s laptop connectivity issues. There may be something wrong with his WiFi adapter. We’ll see.
The weather has been very hot of late.
The President of the U.S. has continued his rapid decline, politically and mentally. Over the weekend he attacked Iran with bunker busters in order to destroy what he felt was an imminent nuclear threat from Iran.
There’s no evidence or proof of that.
Not much news is coming out of Ukraine, so I would like to see if anyone else knows anything.
Pakistan and India. I guess they’re under a cease fire, unlike Israel and Iran, who earlier today CFT bragged about brokering one between them when that just wasn’t true.
I guess I’ll expound upon my thoughts and option regarding these topics through time. There is a way to organize and structure thoughts, but this ain’t that blog, for now.
I’m tired. I think I’ll go to bed now. I’ll see you all later today, or more precisely, sometime tomorrow. No one will see this until tomorrow (6/26).
